Sejak diperkenalkan di awal tahun 1990, konsep Behavior Based Safety (BBS) semakin banyak diaplikasikan di berbagai perusahaan. Konsep ini berdasarkan penelitian yang menyimpulkan bah faktor dominan penyebab kecelakaan adalah unsur manusia. Karena itu pendekatan pencegahan kecelakaan harus menempatkan aspek manusia sebagai unsur sentral melalui pendekatan behavior safety.
Berbagai perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem ini dapat menekan angka kecelakaan antara 40 sampai 75 persen.
TUJUAN TRAINING BEHAVIOR BASED SAFETY

Unit HLTFA201A Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
This course meets Worksafe – Code of Practice requirements and teaches life support knowledge and skills specifically designed for the workplace. A statement of attainment is issued to successful participants. The qualification is valid for three years.

This course meets the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) requirement Unit HLTFA301A Apply First Aid & aligns to the National Guideline Standards for First Aid Unit A.
